9In September 12th, the national standard "building curtain wall wood components (review)" review meeting was successfully held in Beijing. The conference was presided over by Liu Huitao, senior engineer of the National Standardization Technical Committee for building curtain wall and door and window standardization. Wang Hongtao, deputy secretary of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development and the deputy director of the standard rating division of the Ministry of housing and urban construction, and the National Standardization Committee for building curtain wall and door and window standardization, and the experts of relevant units and all members of the drafting group attended the meeting. The meeting formed a team of experts, headed by Liu Xinsheng, President of Henan Provincial Institute of building science, and deputy director of the State Construction Engineering Quality Supervision and inspection center.

Before the beginning of the examination, the deputy director of exhibitions and the Secretary General of Wang Hongtao put forward specific requirements for the standard examination and preparation work. Jiao Changlong, deputy chief engineer of the group, introduces in detail the characteristics of the standard, the compiling ideas, the compiling process and the test verification.

The standard of building curtain wall wood component was established through extensive investigation and drawing on relevant standards at home and abroad and engineering practice experience. This standard is of great significance to the design, manufacture and quality control of wooden components for building curtain wall. Before the end of the meeting, the inspection team evaluated the standard technical content: the technical content of the building curtain wall wood component was scientific and reasonable, and the operability was strong.
